Do you compete against outside teams?
Yes. In our regular meets, we compete with from the Clarksville surrounding area.
How long are swim meets?
Our intrasquad meets are roughly 3 hours long. Our regular meets occur all day with different age groups and events competing at different times throughout the day.
How many events can swimmers race?
The maximum number of events swimmers can race in one day is 6. However, we recommend 3.
What should I bring to meets?
Meet Checklist:
- Swim Cap
- Competition Suit
- Goggles
- 2-3 Towels
- Snacks
- Water and/or sports drinks
- Sunscreen
- Lawn chair (if needed)
- No pop-up tents or shade structures are allowed on the pool deck
- Warm clothes and shoes for between events
- Books, music, coloring books, or games for those longer meets
